There is a company in Nicaragua that is called Filtron and they make a water filter that is one of the best in the world. It's a ceramic pot with a bottom that has a silver plate certain types of sand. When the water passes through these things it eliminates 98% of bacteria, parasites, and cloudiness in the water.
