William is a young man of 14 who lives in the same neighborhood as the church. He's taken to Dan Quigley like a little brother. He's around the church a lot and has done some small maintenance projects for us and some cleaning to earn a little money. His father is not around and his mother is sick so he doesn't have a lot of opportunities to get out. When his mother found out that he was willing to do some work she was so impressed that she worked it out so he could go help out at his uncle's farm for a week. Before this, he had never been more than 5 blocks away from his home! He comes to every kids service and every youth service. He's very interested in learning new things, last week Dan was showing him how to use the soundboard, and he also wants to be a character during the kids service some time. He's really looking for someone who will believe in him and encourage him, and he's found that in Dan and the other people here at Camino de Vida!
